Go to the channel you want to create the webhook for and click the settings icon beside the channel name.
Second Step:
Click on "Integrations".
In the webhooks it will display a number below it that says how many webhooks are available for that channel (don't make a new one if there is one just choose "Copy Webhook"). If there isn't one click "Create Webhook".
Third Step:
When making a new one please change the name of the webhook to that channels name.
Click "Copy Webhook URL".
Fourth Step:
Really important you have to click "Save Changes" or nothing will happen.
